Over the past decade, we have seen that renewable energy technologies and practices are getting into our daily lives. It blends into our society, providing a small difference in daily life for automobiles, thermostats, and even lighting and control. On a larger scale, we see geothermal energy used in large buildings, rainwater harvesting and recycling, and even solar LED lighting that is not connected to the grid. In fact, the efficiency of the LED provides a new life for solar energy. Here, we will describe the benefits and challenges of implementation.
Solar Outdoor lighting has emerged from other technologies, not only to provide the necessary lighting for our daily lives, but also to remind facility users and other people to consider sustainability in the design of facilities. Solar outdoor lights can "communicate" when illuminated, delivering information about environmental management to relevant companies and organizations, builders, developers and lighting designers.
With advances in solar panels, batteries and LED technology, commercial solar outdoor lighting is now more reliable than grid-connected systems, and provides higher-quality lighting at lower cost. In fact, the cost of solar outdoor lighting benefits from the synergistic effects of technological innovation in three key areas:
• Solar panel cost decline: The Solar energy Industry Association (SEIA) points out that the cost of photovoltaic panels has fallen sharply in recent years, falling by 60% per cent since the beginning of 2011.
• Improvements in battery technology: the growth of hybrid and electric vehicle markets has improved battery technology, producing a compact, efficient, and long-lasting rechargeable battery.
LED efficiency increases: LED lighting efficiency is also increasing, which means that with less power it can produce more light or higher effects (higher lumens per watt), which is equivalent to the same cost of lighting output reduction.
As a result of these trends, commercial solar outdoor lighting is now more economical than grid-connected in many cases. These include the remote or non-existent power infrastructure, such as security and green space around the perimeter, or the reluctance to change existing roads or landscapes (e.g., car parks, roads, outdoor storage areas, park playgrounds and campuses). In these cases, the installation of solar LED lighting system can be realized immediately, can avoid the installation of new grid-connected lighting systems related to trenching, wiring and other costs. Many companies and organizations use commercial solar outdoor lighting to meet the sustainability goals identified in the Sustainability Infrastructure Research Institute (ISI) assessment system. Solar LED lamps can also be used to meet the sustainable development objectives of a particular building, to meet the "CSR" goals, or to get credits from the LEED program of the U.S. Green Building Board. Use outdoor solar LED lighting in public space
Parks, trails and playgrounds are places where residents are willing to go because their designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing and safe. Solar Outdoor lighting provides greater security in the form of an attractive and easily installed system, while demonstrating innovative technologies to cut costs and environmental impacts. Sol, Inc. cooperates with the California Discovery Bay Discovery Bay Town to design and deploy solar LED lighting for the Cornell Park (Cornell Park). Residents choose solar energy rather than traditional grid-connected lighting because of environmental benefits and low upfront costs. Solar LED lights produce 0 of greenhouse gas emissions, costing less than half of the cost of grid-connected lights, especially infrastructure costs. Only the lighting device for the upfront installation cost savings of more than $80,000. In addition, the town will not have to pay electricity for the 25-year lifespan of the system.

Create sustainable development on campus
Some universities have also become more environmentally friendly, using Low-carbon products and sustainable practices. By example, these institutions are choosing strategies to cut carbon footprints, raising awareness among students and alumni about environmental needs and providing materials for sustainability courses.
In particular, universities are increasingly using commercial solar outdoor lighting as a low-cost, sustainable solution to campus lighting needs. By implementing solar lighting, university administrators can reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
The Indian State College in Fort Pierce, Florida (Indian River Oblast College) occupies 87 acres, with more than 17,000 students, and in 2012 built a new brown innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. The academy requires its design to reflect two of the building's mission: To prepare students for careers in emerging technologies, especially in energy-related areas: and to accommodate start-ups in those industries that work to create jobs.
The brown Center, built according to LEED standards, has a number of green features, including a solar power station that generates one-third of electricity for the building. However, building into the doorway requires a cost-effective green lighting solution. To meet this need, the college uses the 20/20 solar LED lighting system of the company, enabling the Centre to maintain the green information inside and outside, and students to experience the real application of the energy technologies they are learning (Fig. 1).

Although Sol donated the Brown Center's solar LED lighting system, most universities will buy solar lanterns as a cost-effective, pioneering and green product to replace traditional outdoor lighting.
Odessa College and City University of New Jersey
Texas's Odessa College (Odessa College) chose to install solar LED lighting, rather than traditional grid-connected lights, to ensure the safety of students and staff walking on campus (Fig. 2). With no wiring and trenching costs associated with installing traditional grid-connected lights, the Odessa Institute can save up to 20% of its upfront cost and $8000 a year in electricity costs.

The City University of New Jersey uses commercial solar outdoor lighting to help achieve sustainable development goals on campus (Fig. 3) on the terrace of its fresh student union. Another attractive place is that solar LED lights can continue to operate in inclement weather conditions such as hurricanes. For example, hurricanes have caused a large-scale blackout in the university. The ability to continue to glow is a big advantage in the event of blackouts or blackouts caused by a snowstorm or power grid failure.

In the next few years, in many applications, commercial solar outdoor lighting in the economic alternative to grid-connected lighting technology trends will continue to accelerate, making solar more and more economical. We expect solar outdoor lighting to become a normal day, with high quality, clean renewable energy to illuminate the night.
